2. Data We Collect and Why

2.1 Account Registration

Data: name, email, phone, billing information. Purpose: service delivery, invoicing, communication. Legal basis: contract performance (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

2.2 Calculator Usage

Data: route, vehicle details, session ID, calculation results. Purpose: service operation and improvement. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

2.3 Payment Data

Payments are processed exclusively by Stripe Inc. We never store card numbers. Stripe privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.

2.4 Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (G-1XBGRDPK8F), activated only upon consent. Legal basis: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

3. Data Retention

• Account data: until account deletion, or 8 years for legal obligations
• Calculator logs: 2 years
• Email logs: 1 year
• Analytics: 14 months

We do not sell your data. We use the following processors:

• Google LLC – analytics, authentication (US, SCCs)
• OpenAI OpCo LLC – AI calculator (US, SCCs)
