2. Service Description
CarShipping24 (carshipping24.com) is a B2B vehicle transport marketplace connecting dealers, importers and private buyers with verified carriers. The platform offers a free AI-based cost calculator, a quote request system, and capacity listing features.
3. Registration
Pro features require registration and an active subscription. Registration information must be accurate. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be shared. The Provider reserves the right to suspend accounts violating these terms.
4. Subscription and Payment
Subscription price: €10/month, auto-renewing. Payments are processed via Stripe Inc. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are only provided as required by law.
5. Free Calculator
The AI cost calculator is freely available without registration. Results are estimates for informational purposes only. Actual transport prices are determined by carrier quotes. The Provider accepts no liability for calculator accuracy.
6. Carriers and Quotes
Carriers on the platform are independent contractors, not employees of GFDMM Kft. The Provider acts as an intermediary; the transport contract is concluded directly between the client and the carrier. The Provider accepts no liability for damages during transport.
7. Prohibited Activities
Prohibited: submitting false quotes, circumventing technical measures, sending spam, harvesting user data, or any illegal activity. Violating accounts may be terminated immediately.
8. Intellectual Property
The carshipping24.com website, AI calculator and all platform elements are the intellectual property of GFDMM Kft. Copying, distributing or modifying without prior written consent is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Provider accepts no liability for damages from downtime, data loss, or third-party conduct. The platform is provided "as is".
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Hungarian law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Baja, Hungary.
11. Changes
The Provider reserves the right to modify these terms. Registered users will be notified by email at least 14 days before changes take effect.
